The entire thesis i have divided into two parts. In the first part i was dealing with flood protection and i proposed increase of the channel capacity. After eveluating the basic channel characteristics of the stream were designed measures for the channel to allowdischarge Q100. In the second part, I was given migration through put. On the river Bečva in section 9,578 -11,784 km is 8 transverse structures that create significant barriers to migration flows, so it is another object of the work to remove these barriers. Transverse structures that make up an absolute majority of migration barriers may make feasible using fish passages, that is, a device allowing the fish to cut through obstacles profile.
