The aim of the thesis was to design and assess the structural system supporting the multipurpose building . Proposal had to meet the criteria for ultimate limit states and serviceability limit states , and had to be according to applicable Slovak technical standards and regulations STN and decrees of the ministry of Slovak Republic. The thesis is addressing global and local structural analysis . The entire building as well as individual structural elements are considered static and dynamic load effects . In the text part of the thesis there is a technical report and structural analysis . Part of the static calculation is the assessment of the effects of building vertical and horizontal load as well as the detailed design of the ceiling structure above the sixth floor and there selected vertical elements . The graphic part is attached drawing shape and reinforcement drawings solved the ceiling as well as drawings and reinforcement of the core column. The work was fulfilled extent required form and follow the instructions on the final work program of engineering studies supporting structures of buildings. The result has been practicing and improving foreground from the present study .
