Abstrakt v cudzom jazyku The topic of this diploma thesis is focus on reasons of crisis situations and process of control unexpected, unplanned operative changes to solve crisis situations, in our case, COVID-19 pandemic. The goal of this diploma thesis is to give away proposal of procedure for successful changes realization in crisis situations in association with AGEL Slovakia PLC – based on theoretical knowledge in the area of crisis management and analysis of handling operative changes in already mentioned company. The first part of this thesis is focused on theoretical knowledge about crisis management, apprises with concepts from area of emergency management, and overall handling of those emergency situations. In the analytics part of this thesis, we explain situation in selected organization and its policies in handling crisis situations. By the end of this work, we got a processed suggestion for successful changes realization in crisis situations.
