The main aim of the thesis is to analyze perception of innovative solutions of active and intelligent of packaging in Slovakia using Kano model. Master thesis is divided into five chapters. In the first chapter we characterized invention, innovation process, innovation and its types, packaging and types of active and intellligent packaging. In the second and third parts we described the main aim and methodology of the thesis. The fourth chapter is focused on analytical part where we examined the perception of respondents of intelligent and active packaging uisng Kano model. Based on the results of the research we proposed innovative solutions of packaging. In the last fifth chapter we engaged in a discussion of the issue.
