In the bachelor's thesis, we take apart to the motivation of employees in our chosen company, which in our work was Slovenská pošta a.s. We decided to explore this phenomenon using scale questionnaires for the years 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 to 2021. We further analyzed and compared the data using various statistical methods and techniques, which we characterized in the next step in individual subchapters called motivational faktors. We focused on employee motivation because it is important in every business and its importance and need can be explored to varying degrees. Motivated, stimulated employees feel satisfied and achieve better results. Through employee motivation, the company can produce more and be successful and competitive. We divided the bachelor thesis into two parts. Theoretical, in which we characterized human resources, areas of human resources, motivation and stimulation and its forms and faktory, which motivation contains. We also paid attention to the theoretical concept of satisfaction and characterized the current state of our chosen service company and its policy of remuneration and motivation. In the theoretical part, we characterized the goal of our work and the methodology of the work, which contains a research sample and methods of data collection and analysis. The second part of the bachelor thesis consists of an empirical part, in which we characterized the results of research, which we carried out in the form of a questionnaire with a scale and various statistical methods for a better understanding of the researched data. Furthermore, in our bachelor's thesis we have included the recommendations themselves in practice and the possible continuation of further research and possible suggestions for improving the situation of the phenomenon on which we focused. In the end, we evaluated the benefits of our work, which have a wide range of uses.
