Environmental crime is insufficiently explored in research or statistics. Many questions still need to be raised and answered in the area of environmental crime prevention. The bachelor thesis wants to contribute to solving the problem from the aspect of environmental and forensic psychology. It deals with aspects of the relationship between man and nature, the issue of the perpetrator, deals with issues of psychological causes, motives leading to the commission of crime, where the object is the environment. It presents the data obtained from the questionnaire and finds out the current state of information and attitudes of respondents in the selected area. It also provides suggestions for solutions to the problems arising from the questionnaire.
