The aim of this bachelor thesis entitled „Analysis of the environmental crime in the district of Zvolen“ was to examine the development of environmental crimes in the district for the period from 2008 to 2018 and to suggest steps to reduce it. In environmental crimes, the subject of attack is the environment or one of its components. By analyzing the number of cases against the environment in the district of Zvolen, we found its declining trend, but low clarity of these crimes. We have suggested moves to reduce, prevent and to look for the environmental crimes.
