The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of hunting management of roe deer in the district of Veľký Krtíš for the last 20 years. It is focusing on the work on the years 2001-2020. The work records data on hunting grounds in the district of Veľký Krtíš and their division into hunting areas and localities. The management analyzed the situation of the monitored period based on the strain status and the loss of roe deer. The work also presents the conditions and decreases in deer, fallow deer and wild boar with regard to hunting management in roe deer. In the data summarization, it was found that roe deer compared to other wildlife is in the last place, in terms of annual increments. The most significant increases are recorded in wild boars because they have favorable conditions for their development in the district.
