The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze and evaluate current information about ecology, biology, dispersion, management and protection of predators from the Falcon family, obtained within Europe. To collect information, I worked with scientific literature but I mainly focused on issues and news, drawn mainly from the scientific citation and abstract databases Summon, Springer, Wiley, Web of Science, as well as articles from Czech and Slovak journals. I have found a variety of fresh information related to the transfer and migration of birds. Various factors, such as climate change, many times cause bird migration at different times that is ussual.Human with his atropological influence on lanscape , mainly for use within settlements wich means negative problems with genesis of falcon population. When I was writing the work i noticed that falcons have often change his habitat also with his eating habits. The most often reason for that was issue for no food in urbanized area and distrubance of his natural environment. For these reasons, some individuals adapted to human settlements where they had to become accustomed to human presence. These areas are increasingly populated and used for easier access to food. Notwithstanding with the data on the protection of predators, many times the fact is that even despite laws protecting predators, there is still a frequent violation of these laws. Excessive use of pesticides causes many times the situations that Prey must face and change its current environment. Frequent deaths include collisions with wind turbines, high voltage columns, lead poiso,m.-ning, and other substances. External voltage poles are also called death columns because they cause high bird mortality, regardless of species and size. The Nature Conservation Act explains why and how we can protect Birds from unlawful killing and harvesting of nests. There are 41 protected bird areas in our territory where the largest occurrence of birds is in their natural habitat. All investigated endangered species are included in the Red Book and their are marked as endangered or easily threatened. Nowadays, the protection of predators is more active than it used to be in the past. There are number of rescue projects of individual species organized as well as their monitoring and gathering of information on given habitats. It is distinquished depending on the species of birds.
