The bachelor thesis deals with the influence of the human factor in quality management. The theoretical part is focused on explanation of the concepts and theoretical framework necessary for understanding the importance of the human factor in quality management. Subsequently, the aim and methodology of the thesis was described. In the research part, a detailed analysis of the data obtained through a questionnaire focused on training and selection of employees was performed. The questionnaire was filled out by the employees of Eurostyle Systems s.r.o, Liptovský Mikuláš. Based on the results, the measures for the selected company were evaluated and the proposals for future improvement were submitted.
