Well-established processes and corporate culture can result in ability of an enterprise to satisfy all stakeholders. However, enterprises must be aware of the fact that employees using their potential are an essential condition for being successful in this area. Employees can use their full potential resulting in high production process and consequently in the quality of products. In order to enhance human potential or factor, many managers in leading positions use various motivation and communication tools to help the performance, product quality, and greater employee satisfaction. Our thesis is focused on the employee motivation and communication having a huge impact on the production process and thus on the products themselves.
