Zvolen: TU, 2020. 43 p.The aim of this bachelor thesis is based on various sources to design a questionnaire focused on the importance of individual properties and other areas in personal sales from the perspective of traders in business negotiations. The theoretical part of the work is divided into two parts: personal sales and business negotiations. Based on theoretical sources, a questionnaire is designed. The questionnaire contains a partial identification of the respondent (gender, age, experience). The main part of the questionnaire contains 22 aspects from three areas of business negotiations, where the respondent indicates the degree of importance of the defined aspect from a subjective point of view. The questionnaire can be used to query a larger scope.
