The thesis consist of six chapters divided into theoretical and research part. Theoretical framework dealing with topics such as quality, quality management, human resources is presented in the first chapter. Moreover, the chapter is devoted to the employee motivation in the company. Subsequently, the objectives and methodology of the thesis are mentioned in the second and the third chapter. The company SWAN, a.s. is described in the research part starting with the fourth chapter. The main aim of the thesis is to identify motivation factors in the workplace and satisfaction with the motivation using a questionnaire survey. Finally, the proposals to improve the status quo are given.
