In the diploma thesis, we addressed the issue of damage caused by game and damage caused by game on agricultural land. This problem is as old as hunting itself. That is why we have a marginal look into the past. The numbers of wild game are high, despite the measures taken by hunters, foresters and farmers. The task of the work was to analyze the state and development of the amount of damage caused by game and game on agricultural hunting grounds, together with the analysis of the state of statistics and records, which are currently applied. The real output of the diploma thesis for practice should be a proposal to optimize the interaction between users of hunting grounds and users of hunting grounds in the event of problems with the occurrence and settlement of damage by game and game, which arose on jointly managed land.
