The aim of the diploma thesis is to design, describe and make a prototype of an electronic security device for single-track vehicles. By designing suitable functional, technical, electronic and material aspects of the prototype to enable its implementation in the scope of the final work. The description of the process of identification of the required properties and suitable location of the device is followed by the design of the 3D model, description of the electronic equipment and its structural elements. Emphasis is put on the simplicity and modularity of prototype parts, the availability of progressive production technologies and a wide range of suitable construction materials and electronic components. The development of a prototype of a microprocessor-controlled device also involves the software creation and the selection of communication interfaces between the peripherals and the potential user. The described concept and assembled prototype represent a possible alternative direction of further development of electronic security devices for a specific area of application, with regard to compactness, technological innovations and user trends.
