The bachelor thesis describes the printing head design for 3D printing, further refer to as: (extruder).The design describes searching for a convenient construction alternative to the printer head. The main reason for the realization of this essay is a qualitative improvement of new extruder parameters, increasing of the life cycle, financial optimization, and decreasing of the spare parts costs. As for the design is concerned, we select suitable materials, and their combination according to their physical qualities, thermal conductivity, endurance, and hardness. The new extruder parts must correspond to the shape and measure parameters in order to fully replace the extruder from producer.
