The main mission of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the quality of tourism services in the Orava region through a questionnaire survey. In this work we deal with the theoretical basis of the issues of services, quality of services, tourism services and accommodation services. The practical part of the work is devoted to the analysis of the Orava region with a focus on accommodation facilities in this region and the evaluation of the results of the survey of visitor satisfaction with accommodation in the region. The data were evaluated on the basis of the average of the individual characteristics and the percentage. Questionnaire evaluation methods were graphical using Excel, descriptive methods and statistical using arithmetic mean.The last part of the work based on the results of the survey deals with the development of proposals and measures to increase the quality of tourism services in the Orava region.
