The aim of the thesis was the analysis of innate properties of coarse-haired dachshunddescendants. Especially the characteristics that are not achieved by training. The individuals of this breed were chosen from specific breedings , from direct breeding dogs (30 dogs + 11 dogs) from the date of 2010 till now. Work records and performance indicators were obtained on the base of hunting tests , club exams, volume tests and courage tests of coarse-haired dachshund . For the analysis of slum work test results 3 objects were watched : couarge – grades 0 to 4 , endurance – grades 0 to 4, volume – grades 0 to 4. For the analysis of volume and courage test results 3 objects were watched : courage – grades 0 to 4, volume on fresh hare track – grades 0 to 4 , shot resistance – grades 0 to 4. The highest average grade reached the dog with nr. 1sk. It is a breeding dog from a Slovak dog breeder. The level of monitored signs reached by descendants an average grade of 3,62 +- 0,62. The lowest average grade of couarge in the slum reached 2,53 +- 0,70 and was reached by a dog with nr 30 hu. The highest average grade of endurance was reached by the dog of nr. 4 au. It is a dog imported from Austria . The lowest grade of endurance 3,31 +- 0,79 was achieved by a dog with nr. 24 sk. In the object of monitored volume of the dogs , the highest grade was achieved by the dogs with nr. 19 hu , 9 sk , 1 sk. The lowest volume grade reached one dog with nr. 30 hu. Only testing of congenital properties of coarse-haired dachshunds can show us results of estimated genetical characteristics of this breed.
