The main goal of the diploma thesis is to analyze the implementation of a green infrastructure project in a selected municipality. Green infrastructure is a strategically planned network that extends the current system of nature protection to the protection of ecosystem services. Maintaining the current values of ecosystem services in the face of climate change is key to ensuring environmental security and human well-being. The methodological procedure was based on the elaboration of a case study with the help of a structured interview. The results showed that both green infrastructure projects include elements of mosaic governance. The results of the work confirm the statement that mosaic governance is a concept directly applicable to the project of green infrastructure.
