Thesis is dedicated to a project of residential house with civic amenities, one underground floor and five above ground floors within the extent of realization project. The residential house is realized from the constructional and architectonic aspect, enlightens functional equipment of the object and also characterizes constructional, material and technical solutions of the object. In the thesis, fragments of covering and filling constructions according to required thermal-technical requirements are considered and also solution for the critical details of the object according to hygienic criterion. It also describes particular constructional changes of heating and sanitary ceramics for the typical floor. Goal of the thesis is final project for realization of the construction of the residential house.
