The thesis focuses on the architectural study of the multifunctional residential building, called Multi-Comfort House Brest, situated in the State of Belarus in Brest. This work is also being drawn up under international award competition ISOVER 2016 which addresses energy-efficient residential modules. Apartment complex has six floors, on the first floor are mostly parking spaces on the second floor is a multifunctional nazdzemnom portion and the third to the sixth floor are residential units. My task was to design a project to provide modern way of living in the city and west in its conception and arditektonickým solution into the surrounding buildings. That is why I have devoted my work complex design of buildings, with emphasis on energy modesty and design of residential units with an emphasis on functional disposition. This new project is also to offer clients in Brest apartments and rentable space of the highest quality. In Brest and around this project represents a unique option when buying an apartment in new building, providing a sufficient number of parking places, establishments shops and services that complement the comfortable living in this area.
