Contents of this work is the static calculation for social and operational building Jablonecké sklárne. The building is divided into two expansion parts. Processed expansion part is reinforced concrete frame construction with reinforcing core and walls. The work is set out in detail static loading and dynamic loading of seismicity. I focused on the distribution structure of the individual reinforcing elements, and then I analyzed the selected frame and wall. The frame and the wall is evaluated at ultimate limit state and serveability limit state. In the last chapter I have elaborated the principles of structural reinforcement of reinforced concrete structures in seismic areas according to STN EN 1998-1, which I applied in the reinforcement drawings.
