The Diploma thesis deals with the marketing research of customer's satisfaction ratings with the selected business services – in our case the services of the Cogress & Wellness Hotel Tenis**** situated in Zvolen. The aim of this thesis is the theoretical definition of marketing services with an emphasis on customer's satisfaction, analysis of customer's satisfaction following the marketing research with the selected business services of the Hotel Tenis**** and suggestion of the personal reccomendations for the improvement of the services in the Hotel Tenis****. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter focuses on the theoretical definition of marketing services with an emphasis on customer's satisfaction and the definition of primary marketing tools of marketing mix in the business services and is the presentation of the Hotel Tenis****. The second chapter describes the definition of Diploma thesis aim and characteristics of the methodics. The third chapter analyses the customer's satisfaction with the selected business servises following the marketing research. The fourth chapter gives suggestions and recommendations to improve the recent situation.
