The aim of my bachelor thesis is to design the apartment building from architectural, structural and static point of view.The apartment building will be located on the street Záhradnícka on the outskirts of the city Topoľčany. The building is marked as a alone standing building consisting of five floors, all of which are residential and one underground, where there is a parking space for 15 cars and a boiler room. On the above-ground floors there are residential units, consisting of one 4-room apartment and two 2-room apartments. Each 2-room apartment has one balcony, and the 4-room apartment has two balconies.The roofing of the building is made of a single-layer, non-removable roof. The supporting system consists of vertical supporting structures consisting of reinforced concrete columns in the above-ground floors and a combination of columns and reinforced concrete walls in the basement. Horizontal supporting structures are made of reinforced concrete slabs and dies.The apartment building will be connected to all installation networks.
