The main task of the final thesis is complete architectural, static and structural design of a residential house. The object is situated in developing urban residential area Koliba-Vtáčník in Bratislava.This polyfunctional building has one basement floor and four over ground floors. 11 cells, the fitness and the utility room are located in the basement. There are 3 independent multi-purpose commercial premises and the main entrance on the first floor. Second and third floor has identical layout. There are two three-room apartments and two two-room apartments on each of them. Each three-room apartment has its own balcony. There is one four-room premium apartment with a terrace in fourth floor.The parking lot is situated near the house and the construction of a new car park is planned in the future. The polyfunctional flat house was designed according to the valid legal guidelines. Thermal performance reports, lists of utilities and construction drawings are enclosed.
