The subject of the master thesis is to design an optimal way of production qualityplanning when starting serial production in a particular company. In the first part, wewill focus on the theory of quality planning, definition of quality as a concept andtheoretically familiar with the basic quality tools. In the practical part, we will clearlyexamine the specific requirements of the customer for a particular part and propose anoptimal way of quality planning based on the requirements. In conclusion, we evaluatethe fulfillment of requirements from the customer's point of view.
