The subject of this work is the theoretical and experimental verification and comparison of internal surface temperatures of wood-aluminum window with triple glass and vacuum double glass. The reason for the verification and comparison is the justification of the alternative use of vacuum glazing with respect to the insulating triple glazing and consequently the reduction of the window weight while maintaining the same thermal insulation properties. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the current overview of wood-aluminum windows. Theoretically and experimentally, the thermal insulation quality of the triple glazing and the vacuum double glazing has been confirmed. The lower thermal insulation deficiency of the vacuum insulating double glazing is the edge of the glazing, which can be eliminated in other ways.
