Zvolen: TU, 2019. 69 p.The master’s thesis focuses on the employee remuneration system, salary analysis and company wage system and their development in time. The master’s thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of the employee remuneration system and wage costs. During its elaboration we drew theoretical knowledge from both domestic and foreign professional literature, internet sources as well as from the legislation of the Slovak Republic. The analytical part of the master’s thesis deals with the characteristics of the selected company’s wage system, describes the remuneration system of its employees, the development of those systems, structure and analysis of the wage costs by the means of ratio indicators for the period from 2013 to 2017 which was monitored. When elaborating the analytical part of the master’s thesis we drew data from the provided internal materials of the company and from personal conversations with the authorized persons from the financial department of the company.
