The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the financial literacy of university students in Slovakia and to suggest ways to increase the level of financial literacy.In the first theoretical part of the final thesis there is a definition of basic concepts of financial literacy, characterized by financial literacy in the world and in Slovakia, comparison of teaching methods. The practical part of the thesis contains a proposal of the questionnaire and its subsequent evaluation, recommendations and ways to increase the level of financial literacy among university students.
