Solution subject of my bachelor thesis was a design of apartment complex Technik, which in addition to housing also provides opportunities to study, relax and spend free time. Solved territory is located in the centre of Bratislava, alongside street Imricha Karvaša. My main goal was revitalization of the territory, because nowadays forms a barrier in the territory. Creating a main route from the street Imricha Karvaša to Fazuľová street make interconnection with the surrounding area. Situating the appropriate functions in this area has contributed to a better exploitation of lucrative location. My aim was therefore to create a simple solid, the composition of which will fit perfectly into that territory and will fulfill both functional and aesthetic values. Bachelor thesis was processeded in the first part of the project at the planning inquiry, then at the building permit. The word is described in word in the text part. Project development to this stage greatly deepened my knowledge and skills in the field of study.
