This thesis deals with the revitalization of a local park located in the district of Bratislava-Raca. The goal was to revitalize the territory of the park to meet functional and aesthetic requirements. Successful revitalization lies in rehabilitation and reconstruction of new spaces intended for both passive and active recreation. This bachelor thesis consists of texts and graphics, which is implemented under the assignment. The text part is focused on a summary of the current stage at home and abroad. For each topic it was a condition to use three example situations and subsequently assess the situation at home and abroad. A methodological description of the treatment consists of individual parts, namely analytical, architecture-landscape and project construction. The graphic part is divided into landscaped architectural studies and project construction. The architectural and landscape study is a summary of the analysis of individual architectural, natural and land-use elements that are carried out through analyses in the field. Based on analyses and procedures are developed proposals in the form of two variants of a comprehensive design, functional and operational and compositional schemes and spatial display. The construction project is divided into two parts, the first part consists of complex material and technical solutions, alignment drawings of building and landscaping elements and planting plan. The second part of the project includes the construction drawings of architectural and landscaping details. These productions are a pending proposal for revitalisation of the city park, which will benefit for locality. This work could be of benefit to the revitalization of the park, which has a lot of potential.
