The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to point out the issue of criminal protection in the field of environment using a specific examples from practice. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the definition of basic concepts, tasks and competencies of public administration in the field of environment. It deals with administrative law, environmental law and subsequently with offenses and other administrative offenses in the field of environmental burden. The practical part of the work is devoted to case studies, t. j. we present a specific offense in the field of the environment.
