The aim of this diploma work was the mapping survey of biotopes (mainly of meadow ones Lk1, Lk4, Lk5), their diversity und working out the ecology analysis of communities in the Area of European Importance Hradné lúky. A part of a practical section was also a terrain research which took part in 2020 during the vegetation period. This proved the presence of community association Anthoxantho odorati-Agrostietum tenuis (Lk1), association Molinietum caeruleae (Lk4), underunit Filipendulenion ulmariae (Lk5) and association Salicetum cinereae (Kr8). During the terrain research of biotopes was made a list of 104 plant species, of that 9 species were endangered, 4 species were protected. It appeared also wood species in number of 8. The results include biotope's characteristics, evaluation of their status with the emphasis on environment factors, current management and species spectrum of vegetation. In the main part of my work there was suggested the care programme of The Area of European Importance Hradné lúky with the emphasis on appearance of rare plant species, mainly on the species of European importance Thesium ebracteatum. This diploma work will serve as a scientific output for the needs of The State nature protection of Slovak republic – administration of the Protected landscape area Biosphere reserve of Poľana.
