We also come into contact with disinfectants in households. Their active ingredients are chemicals of various kinds, which are also related to their dangerous properties. These are mostly flammable, corrosive, harmful to human health or toxic to aquatic organisms. The work compares ten disinfectants from the aspect of their dangerous properties. The results of the questionnaire survey show that even half of the respondents do not strictly follow the safety warnings on the label of disinfectants and a large part of them are not aware of all the risks that are shown on the packaging of individual products by pictograms.
