The aim of the final work was to find out the current state of the population of migrating amphibians with built barriers on the road II. class 540 (II / 540) Tatranská Lomnica, their preliminary threat and proposed measures to improve the current situation. The work is divided into seven chapters. It contains 3 graphs, 32 figures and 20 tables, of which table 7 - 20 are given in the appendix. The theoretical part dealing with the issue of threat and protection of amphibians is presented in the first part of the work. The results of the research, mapping and evaluation of the impact of weather on spring migration are presented in Chapter 5. The next chapter provides a summary of the monitoring of spring migration on the Tatranská Lomnica - Tatranec subpages. The final chapter presents the findings of our research activities, factors of threat to amphibians on the monitored subpages, suggestions for possible solutions to improve the current situation and setting priorities for the direction of work in the area for the coming period. In this work, we evaluate the twelve-year monitoring of the number of migrating amphibian at the barriers on the subpages Tatranská Lomnica - Tatranec. From our work, we did’n find a clear correlation between the weather and the spring migration of amphibians. We confirmed the changes climatic conditions regarding air temperature and total precipitation.
