The subject of this work is the human factor in quality management. The bachelor thesis consists of two parts. The first part is devoted to a theoretical view of the basic concepts related to the topic of the human factor in quality management. In the second part of the work, the human factor is analyzed in a selected company Continental Automotive Systems Slovakia s.r.o .. This part of the work is analytical. The analysis and research was performed on the basis of information obtained from questionnaires. The obtained data were processed in detail and graphically represented. In the final part of the work, based on the acquired knowledge, measures were proposed to improve the quality of education, motivation, communication, atmosphere and management.
