This diploma thesis deals with issue of wooden structures. Project of a family house with pillar system (Two by Four), like fake log house and project nearly placed garage building with exterier parking for 3 cars. The theoretical part deals with the division of timber structures of wooden houses in terms od the transition of water vapor, the division of buildings based on thermal properties, selected usually used buildings material in wooden hosues. STN and PHPP requirements. The practical part of diploma thesis deal with project documentation of wooden house, thermal assessment of wall compositions and the overall calculation of the specific heat demand for heating in PHPP softweare, where i tis proven, that the building is requirements for low-energy buildings. Project of conceptual nad structural modifications to reach requirements for passive buildings.
