The aim of my thesis was to develop an implementation project of a residential building with polyfunction. The project was solved in two stages and the project for zoningand building permits for the project plus an implementation project. This project had to meetall relevant standards and permits for the construction of residential buildings. Another goal of this work was that I proposed building that will serve residents of the house but also the wider environment. Dwelling house, which I have proposed contains 4 overhead ground and 1 basement. The building is divided up giving up the top floor and builds on the Marketwhich is located in the vicinity. It contains 10 apartments in a residential capacity of 34people. I think the project is designed in whole modern style, which fits into the environmentin which the object will appear. Goals that were given at the beginning, I have been met andsome things have been restated other than the initial idea.
