The subject of the final thesis is to implement the project construction of a residential building with underground garage and multifunctionality. Architectural and layout meets the requirements of the area and fits into the architecture of surrounding buildings. Residential building is designed according to the size and dimensions of the site and its location corresponds to the orientation of the cardinal. The project involves the design, material, technical and functional features of the apartment building. Property assessed in terms of thermal properties and hygienic criteria. Tackle each detail is gradually disclosed. Premiums are also various structural modifications, work procedures and measures. Residential house is designed with a porch with the fifth floors and one basement. The underground floor are located the garage. On the first floor is polyfunctional, cubicles, boiler room , pram and room for the cleaning lady. In the second to fifth floors are two-bedroom apartments. Communication core is offset with front apartments with porch. The building is situated in Bratislava, Petržalka on plot No. 4723/2. Building residential house will fit in with the surroundings and will be it architecturally complementary.
