The aim of this thesis was to implemented all documents necessary to realize the apartment building. It is situated in Špačince on Čerešňová street and it is development. This bachelor thesis contains three main parts. The first part focuses with technology, and it includes: preparation of the specific problem that belongs to the finishing processes - both internal - lime plaster, Technical Report and shedule. Part of this section is a drawing of the project organization and schedule. The second part, building construction, contains a technical report in which we find information on the design, layout and material solutions object. The enclosed design documentation contains drawings of floor plans, sections, details, perspective and situation. The third part, static, static analysis deals with stair boards D1.5. It includes a technical report, static calculations stair drawing board and reinforcement.
