Šurinová, Veronika: Quality Management in Service Companies. [Diploma Thesis] - Technical University in Zvolen. Faculty of Wood Sciences and Technology; Department of Business Economy - Thesis Supervisor: Ing. Jarmila Klementová, PhD. Zvolen: TU, 2019, 84 pages, 2 supplementsThe theoretical part deals with the theoretical knowledge of services, quality of services, ISO standards, TQM and customer satisfaction. In the practical part, we performed a questionnaire survey to examine the satisfaction of external customers with the quality of services, and the satisfaction of employees with the working environment. Additional information was obtained by a method of observation in the premises of the investigated company and unstructured interviews with internal employees. The results were evaluated using statistical, graphical and descriptive methods. Based on the collected information and the results of the analysis we developed proposals to enhance quality management through improving the quality of services for external customers and working conditions for employees.
