In the diploma thesis we dealt with the evaluation of satisfaction with the university information system. We clarified the theoretical basis of the issue and characterized the types of individual information systems at universities, special information systems and information systems at foreign universities. The main goal of the thesis was to evaluate the satisfaction with the university information system at the TUZVO through interviews with selected candidates and using anonymous electronic forms, which were designed for teachers and students. We evaluated the forms using contingency tables and contingency graphs. At the end of the thesis, we proposed recommendations for the system administrator and customer.We found out, that the users of the UIS most missing mobile app and obstructs them to the small capacity of the mailbox.
