The diploma thesis is focused on the marketing analyzes in the selected company. From the theoretical point of view, it analyzes the marketing macroenvironment, microenvironment and also the internal environment of the company. Consequently, these theoretical bases are applied to the conditions of the examined company, which is the building company SVOMA, s.r.o. The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the current situation in the company which is based on the theoretical knowledge and finally to suggest suggestions for improving the functioning of the company based on the results of analyses. The diploma thesis is composed of three parts. The first part is the theoretical part, which is devoted to the issue of marketing and marketing analysis itself. The second part, i. e. analytical deals with the application of theoretical knowledge to the current conditions of the enterprise. The diploma thesis in this part contains analyses such as PESTLE analysis, Porter's model of five forces, competition analysis, target market analysis, ABC analysis, Pareto's rule, PR tool with the abbreviation PENCILS, SWOT analysis and BCG matrix.
