The aim of the diploma thesis is to compare innovations of electronic banking products based on benchmarketing which are offered by Slovak commercial banks. The diploma thesis is divided into several parts. The content of the theoretical part is the definition of basic concepts: invention, innovations, innovation process, Kano model. Furthermore, the goal and methodology of the work was determined, which we used in practical part in benchmarketing of innovations of electronic banking. The benchmarketing comparison was preceded by the characteristics of electronic banking, its advantages and safety. Subsequently, using Kano model, we made a survey to determine the perception of selected innovations in the banking sector by Slovak respondents and then compared them. Based on benchmarketing comparison of electronic banking products, we obtain an evaluation of the innovation offer from the bank´s point of view and from the customer´s point of view. The diploma thesis points out the fact that despite the wide representation of innovations in the offer of electronic banking, innovations are insufficiently used by customers, they even have a counterproductive effect.
