The thesis deals with education of crisis staff members of V4 countries. For correct evaluation we described the structure, hierarchy and function of crisis management for each country. We briefly examined relevant jurisdiction and described the education of staff members in detail. In practical part of the thesis we compared the topics between the countries and assessed the differences between them. The conclusion of our work is the suggested training model for Slovak republic, inspired mostly by the Hungary system. It depends on creation of autonomous central governing body of crisis management and modular system of education for crisis staff members on every level.
