The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the current state of waste in production company Slavia Production Systems a. s., Detva. The work is focused on theoretical analysis of issues in lean production and reduction wastes called MUDA. The work is divided into three parts. In the first part is presented an analysis of the given issue, explained terms, means and tools, which are used for the application of lean production and removal wastes. In the second part has been described the present state of production in the company. In the third part has been realized analysis of wastes based on questionnaire form and control findings, which described quantity produced nonconforming products and causes of their occurrence. Part is also proposal of solution for improvement.
