Qualification degree: Bachelor. Zvolen: 2019, 60 p. In this bachelor thesis the legal framework in terms of a legislative question of fire protection in the Slovak Republic is specified. Responsibilities of legal and psysical persons of entrepreneurs are generally divided into preventive duties and fire safety measures.Further, this thesis described a methodology of facility selection, the method of investigating and comparing data and subsequent interpretation of the findings. Summary of findings is incorporated in the table which compares the area of fire protection relevant to the facility and compliance with requirements in terms of legislation. The result describes comparison of information on fire protection which was actually found with legislative requirements in the Slovak Republic.Key words: legislative, fire protection, fire protection security
