The goal of the final thesis is to choose the most attractive foreign market for the Nicholtrackt company Ltd. for expanding and also to choose the appropriate form of entering the selected market. In the theoretical part we focused on the basic concepts that deal with marketing and international marketing. We also put the attention on analyses that help to choose the appropriate foreign market. Moreover, thanks to SWOT analysis, the position of Nicholtrackt company Ltd was determined. In SOWT analysis, the strong sides with opportunities and the weak sides with threats were examined. From the analysis followed that the company has the appropriate position for a successful entry to a new foreign market. 10 protentional markets were put into the initial examination. Thanks to the application of selective analysis, we gradually got to the most suitable market which was Austrian market. The portfolio analysis, the point method and the market share analysis confirmed the results of the initial examination. Based on a comparison of several forms of entry into the Austrian market, a direct export was selected. This particular solution will ensure that the company will achieve the required margin and will maintain direct contact with the customers. While segmenting the Austrian market, demographic, geographical and industry segmentation was suggested. When analysing the risks, we mainly focused on the current situation of the COVID-19 pandemic. The suggestion of an optimal marketing strategy will serve for the successful entry of Nicholtrackt company Ltd into the Austrian market.
