AbstractThe theme of my bachelor thesis is Polyfunctional building in city part called Dúbravka. It is design of urban and architectural idea. The aim was to create an object that lives in symbiosis with the surrounding area and the environment, to find the missing functions in the neighborhood and to add them to the polyfunctional parterre (in my case it is a long base along the parcel behind the new created park).Above the services, there is a high-rise residential building up to the 8th floor, where on a typical floor there are 3 apartments. The fact of the flexibility of this apartment building is that there are different apartments in size, ranging from one-bedroom to four-room apartments, the interior constructions are mostly not fixed and can be handled variably. The second floor offers the inhabitants access to an extensive green roof and a stay in a private exterior space.The project documentation is according to applicable technical standards.Key words: polyfunctional, building, object, parterre, park
