The topic of this bachelor thesis is Industry 4.0 issue. In the first part the term Industry 4.0 is defined as it was defined for the first time by the Federal Ministry of the Federal Republic of Germany. In this domain, there are several innovative technologies that can be considered as key to Industry 4.0 integration such as Cyber-Physical Systems, Internet of Things, Big Data and more, and these are also characterized in the work. About Implementation of Industry 4.0 in Slovakia is described the state of implementation in companies in Slovakia and the steps which did The Slovak Government to support the deployment of Industry 4.0 in companies in Slovakia. In the second part of the thesis we are focusing on individual projects implemented at CASS in Zvolen in the years 2018-2020 and thanks to which, wants to consolidate the position and increase the competitiveness in the automotive market in which it operates.
